. on the 20th day of January
1787 being a Lunatic
, Discharged a Pistol loaded with
Gun powder and a Leader Bullet to and against has right
Temple in his lodging Room or Bed Chamber in his Dwelling
House in Bury Street St James Westminster
thereby going to himself a mortal Wound of Wheel he
then and then Instantly Died
