the Men that the Deced was do very Ill that it was dangerous
to remove himthey said he must go, the Debt was a very
large one and they could do no otherways, than take him with
themthe Deced then turned round on the Red and prepared
to get out with assistance, and he was Dressedhe then sat
down & when Deponent went up Stairs again he found the
Deced drinking some Bandy & Waterthe Dept. asked the
Men if they were determined to take him [..] said Yes, &
as the Deced was very bad and in a p [..] g State he proposed
giving him a Draught and went and procured one and gave
the Deced and then went down Stairs and sometime after
hearing the Cry of Murder & the Rall ring, he went up again
and found him Dead. Deponent did not see the least violened
in the Men towards the Deced but only a full determination
to take him with them.

Elizabeth Bell< no role > Servant to Mr. Brewer on her Oath Saith
that she attended the Deced from his coming into the House
and light his [..] and appeared to he very Ill, was in the
room when the B [..] liffs came up, they told the Deced they
had a writ against him, he made but little answerthey
Said he must go with them to the Sponging Houses but
did not he have any otherways improperlyDeponent was
called up at some other Time and went and saw the Deced
sitting on a Chair, he asked her where his Letter case was
Deponent said there was none, he gave his Hand to the Dept.
& the helped him up and then two of the Men assisted
the Deced laid hold of the Bedstead but rather drink
down, they were as had if the deced might be laid on
the Bed, they said no but afterwards seeing him [..] had they conse [..]
but before he was placed on the Bed he was Dead.
