Informations taken this Seventeenth
day of August 1786 at the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Midsex
upon an Inquisition touching the
death of John Kelly< no role > lying dead in
the said Parish Liberty and County

John Mulley< no role > Victualler at the two Blue
Pofts in old Board Street in the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square on his Oath saith
That John Kelly< no role > the Deced lodged at his
House and on Saturday the fifteenth day
of July a little before Ten o'Clock at Night
spoke to Dept. at his Board and then went
out and in about two Minutes some
Boys come to Dept. and told him that
Mr. Kelly was killed by a Mad Bull
in Grafton Street , and that he was
carried, to Conduct Street to an Apothecary
Says that he went to Mr. Bampford the
Apothecary and was to [..] was Mr. Kelly
but, Dept. did not see him there, Says that
about Eleven o'Clock that Nigh, the Deced
was brought to Dept. House upon a
Chairman's Hor [..] and was carried up
Stairs appearing to be very ill and
Bleading very much from a Wound in
his Right side under the right Breast
and having a Wound upon the Back
part of his Head which likewise Bled,
and a Briuse upon his Right Shoulder
Says that being informed that the Deced
received the Wounds from an Ox in Grafton Street
