James Sabin< no role > of King Street Golden Square
on his Oath Saith That Yesterday Morning
between Nine & Ten o'Clock Dept. was in Mr.
Smith's House when the Maid Servant came
down Stairs frastened Saying that the Man up Stairs
had Hanged himself, upon which Dept. went
up Stairs and Saw the Deced's Hanging by
a Cord which was about Deced's Neck and
frastened to an Iron Hock Says that with
a Knife Dept. cut the Cord and Deced dropped
down, and Dept. fetched a Surgeon who
said the Deced in two or three Places but
said that he was afraid it was too late, Says
that the Deced was dead but not Cold,
and Dept. believes that the Deced Hanged
himself, And Dept. says that the Deced
for two or three days last week pastreutanly
on Saturday appeared to be very low
Spirited, and different from what he
used to be.

on his Oath saith That he has Known the Deced
upwards of Twelve Years last past and
saw him almost every day lately, and
observed him for three or four days, last
week to be low Spirited, and different
from what he used to be.

Anthony Smith< no role > on his Oath saith that the
Deced lodged with him, and Says that from
the Deced's Behavior and Conversation for
four or five days last week, he does belive
that the Deced was at times Disordered in
his Senses
