Laborer on the Eighteenth day of September in the Year aforesaid
being driving a certain Cart loaded with Tan and drawn by
two Horses in the Kings High Way at Pimlico in the Parish
of St. George
Hanover Square
within the Liberty and County
aforesaid, and being then and there riding upon the Shaft of
the said Cart, It so happened that by a sudden jolt of the said
Cart the said

was thrown off and from the
said Shaft unto the Ground, and that the Near Wheel of the said Cart
then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune passed
over the right Leg of him the said

, who
thereby received one mortal Fracture in and upon his right Leg,
of which he languished until the Nineteenth day of the same Month
and Year, and then died of the said Mortal Fracture at the said
Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within the Liberty & County aforesaid.
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say, That the
