Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of John Jones< no role >

That the said John Jones< no role > , a Roy of the Age of Nine Years on Wednesday the 22d, day of
July 1778, accidentally casually and by Misfortune fell
into a certain Water called the River Thames near to the
Knee Grapes in the City of London by means whereof he
the said John Jones< no role > was then and there Suffocated and
Drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the
Said John Jones< no role > then and there instantly Died And so
the Jurors on then Oath Saith that the said John Jones< no role > on
manner and by the Means aforesaid accidentally casually
and by Misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise
In Witness whereof the Foreman on behalf of himself and
the rest of the Jurors has hereunto set his Hand this 28th.
day of July 1778.
