Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Esther Jones< no role > ,
That the said Esther Jones< no role > on the 7th, day of August 1778
being at a certain Well of Water near to Castle Same in the
Parish of St. Margaret Westminster , and being a very ancien't
Woman it so happened that accidentally casually and
by Misfortune she the said Esther Jones< no role > Slipt and fell unto
the said Well and in the Waters thereof was then and there
Suffocated and Drowned of which said Suffocation and Drowning she the said Esther Jones< no role > then
and there instantly Died, And so the Jurors on their Cloth
aforesaid do say that the said Esther Jones< no role > in Manner and
by the means aforesaid accidentally casually and by
Misfortune came to her Death and not otherwise. In Witness
whereof the Foreman on behalf of himself and the rest of the
Jurors has hereunto set his Hand this 8th. day of August 1778.
