Says that he brought the Deced down the same
day to the Westmr. Hospital where the Deced's Wound
over the left Eye was dressed by Mr. Turner who
said that she Seull was bare, Says that he took the
Deced home with him, and that on Wednesday
the first day of May the Deced was reced into the
said Hospital, Says that the Deced on the Sunday
afternoon when he had recovered his Senses, told
Dept. that he was walking over the Board that
Covered the Cellar and had both his feet upon it, when
the Board gave way, and he fell into the Collar, and that
he thought that somebody was at that time in the
Collar moving the Board,"

St. Clement Church on her Oath saith That on Sunday
April 28th. between Nine and ten o' Clock in the forenoon
Dept. went into her Cellar to fetch some Coals for her own
Burning, Says that she carried the Coals into her
Backroom put them down there and was returning
immediately when Mary Anne Fell< no role > (whom she had
desired to watch the Cellar cryed out that a Boy had
fallen into the Cellar in running along, Says that
the Deced was brought out of the Collar by Depts. Husbd.
when she observed a Cut upon the Deceds forehead
which bled, Says that she washed the Wound and
sent the Deced hour with Mrs. Murder, Says that
there is no other Way into the Cellar but out of
the Street, and that there was no Person in the
Cellar when the Deced fell into it.
