By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Wednesday the thirteenth Day
of May by Seven of the Clock in the After noon of

of St. Jameswithin the Liberty of Westmr .
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,

there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under My Hand and Seal this 13th. Day of May in
