To wit.

To any One of the Constables of the
Liberty, of Westmr in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Thursday this Second Day
of this Instant by Six of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Armstrong known by
by the sign of the Portsbello situate in St. Martin Lane
in the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of James Warner< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 1st. Day of Mayin
the Year of our Lord 1771.
