Cart, and going to put the Stretch staff under the Earbrain
thereof to keep i tup, but is not certain whether it was
put under or not, says that the Earbrain of the Cart
(being an Oaken Plank fixed across the Tail of it by found
Bolts) dell down upon the Right Leg of the Deced about
the Ancle, and Knocked the Deced down Says that the
Deced's leg bled very much, and Deced likewise
complained of his side, says that the Deced was take
up and put into a chair and carried soon after to the
Westmr. Hospital (as Dept as informed) says that he
has not seen the Deced since until this day, when
he was dead in said Hospital, says that the Hurt
Reced by the Deced was accidentally, and without any
intention of any person as Dept believes says that
the Cart Coals and Horses were the property of the said
Mr Charles Stewart< no role > Coal merchant
