who being then and there duly Sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what
Means the said Abraham Javelleauecame to his Death doupon their Oath say, That
the said Abraham Javelleaue on the Twenty third day of January in the Year aforesaid being
Fighting with Thomas, whose Sir name is not known (commonly called by the name of
Thomas

) in a certain Stable Yard situate in Swallow Street
in the Parish of St. James
within
the Liberty and County aforesaid, And that it so happened that the said Abraham Javelleaue
casually and by Misfortune and against the Will of the said Thomas, then and there fell
with his Head upon and against a certain Iron Grate fixed in the said Stable Yard, by Means
of which said fall he the said Abraham Javelleave did then and there Casually and by
Misfortune and against the Will of the said Thomas, receive one Mortal Wound in and upon the
Rightside of his Head, of which said mortal Wound he the said Abraham Javelleaue from the said
Twenty third day of January in the Year aforesaid until the Twentieth day of February in the
same Year at St. George's Hospital
in the said Parish of St. George Hanover Square
with in
the Liberty and County aforesaid did languish and languishing did live, on which said
Twentieth day of February in the Year aforesaid he the said Abraham Javelleaue at the
Hospital aforesaid of the mortal Wound aforesaid, did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid
upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Abraham Javelleaue in Manner and by
the Means aforesaid, Casually and by Misfortune and against the Will of the said
Thomas, did come to his Death. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as
