certain empty Cart drawn by four Horses in the Publick Highway upon Hounslow Heath
in the said County
of Middlesex
, and being on the right side of his Horses and leading the Shaft Horse or Thiller, It so happened
that the said

was then and there accidentally Casually and by Misfortune forced to the Ground by
the said Shaft Horse, And that the said Shaft Horse with his Hinderfeet, did then and there accidentally,
Casually and by Misfortune Tread upon the said

, so lying upon the Ground as aforesaid
whereby the said

did then and there receive divers in

upon his left Leg, of which said Mortal Wounds and Bruises he the said

situate in the said Parish of St. Margaret, within the City Liberty and County aforesaid, did languish & languishing
did live, on which said Ninth day of March in the year aforesaid the said

the mortal Wounds and Bruises aforesaid, did die, and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say,

came to his Death, and not otherwise. And that the said Shaft Horse moved to the Death of the said
