Informations of Witness taken this Eleventh
day of March 1765 at the Parish of St. Margaret
within the City and Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex on an Inquisition taken on View
of the Body of John Peacock< no role > lying Dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

Charles Bligh< no role > Pupil to Henry Watson< no role > Surgeon belonging
to the Westmr. Infirmary in the Parish of St. Margaret on his Oath
saith That about a fortnight or three weeks since Dept.
cannot tell the Day) Deced was brought to said Hospital as
a Casualty Says that he saw the Deced the next day after
he was brought to the Hospital and found his left Leg
very much Bruised and Swelled & a wound about the Calf, Says
that he Dressed the Deceds Leg by the Order of Mr. Watson
and that every thing was done there was thought proper for his
Recovery but that some time after a Mortification came on
[..] in the Leg, which was Occasion of the Deced's Dooth

John Dodson< no role > Carpenter Journeyman to Kemble Whatley
of the Parish of St. Mary Lambeth in the County of Jury
Carpenter on his Oath saith, that John Peacock< no role > the Deced
was Servant to said Mr. Whatley, and that on Wednesday
the 27th. day of February last Deced was sent with a Cart
drawn by Four Horses or Mares and laden with Boards
to Windsor Lodge, Says that the next day about six o Clock
Dept. being at his Master's House saw a Strange Man driving the
said Horses and Cart there Empty, who said that the Deced
was hurt and that he was left at the Westmr. Infirmary, Dept.
says that he went the same Night (March 1st..) to the
Infirmary, by the order of Mr. Whatley to see the Deced, Says
that the Deced then told Deponent that as he was coming
