Catherine Elizabeth Smith< no role > wife of Robert Smith< no role > of White Host yard
on her Oath saith that about a Month since Jane Austin< no role >
the Deced and John Duggin< no role > a Lodger with Deced had some
quarrel in Depts House says that said Duggin with his
hand Struck the Deced( who was then in Liquor) upon
the Eye, and afterwards another blow upon her Head,
says that the Deced's eye was black afterwards but Deced
complained of no other part Deponent says that the
Deced has been aflicted with acough and asthma for some Years, and
believes that she was ina Deelining state and verily
believes that the Deced died a natural Death
