of Saint George Hanover Square
in the Liberty aforesaid on an
Inquisition taken on View of
the Body of James Nichols< no role >
there lying dead.

Ann Robinson< no role > Servant to Benjamin Hayes< no role > of
Conduit Street Esqr. on her Oath Saith that
this Morning about eight o'Clock she was
in the know of Ann Southorn< no role > the Housekeeper
when she heard a noise, which dept. farried
was the bursting of a Bottle in the Store Room
says that upon William Body< no role > the Coachman
saying that the deced. (whowashad been Mr. Hayes's Butler)
had shet himself deponent ran into the Kitchen
and found the deced lying open the ground there
& a Pistol at his Feet, says he greaved once and
dyed presently afterwards says the observed a
wound under his left Breast and a small
Quantity of Blood issuing from it says then
was a pocket Pistol upon the Dresser says
that the deced laid last night with his wife
and Deponent let him in this Morning about
Seven, says she [..] him several times that
Morning till within about there or four [..]
of the time she discovered [..] shot in the
Kitchin. says that for same time last past
about five Weeks she observed the deced to
be melancholly and otherwise than he used to
be and to be very for get full.
