William Body< no role > Coachman to said Mr. Hayes
on his Oath Saith that about a Quarter Cope
eight he left decedopposeopposite to the
Housekeepers Room with two Pistols in his
Hand, and dept. went to the Butler's Pantys
the deced at the same time going towards the
Kitchin says that while Deponent was to thing

be presently afterwards went towards the Kitchin
and discovered the deced lying on the ground, and
heard him Grown, upon which Dept. ran directly
to the Pantry and is formed Francis Broom that
the deced had shot himself. says that upon
the Stainly being alarmed with it Dept. was
sent to Mr. Gow lead an Apothecary , and he
was from the [..] sent to Mr. Broom field a
Surgeon who soon followed Deponent to his
Master's House says that when Dept returned
the deced was dead. says that be observed a
wound under his Left Breast says that the
deced appeared for some time last past to be
low spirited now then usual.

grossworn Square on his Oath Saith that
between seven and eight this morning he was
in the pantry at Mr. Hayer's House cleaning his
shoes with William Body< no role > Mr. Hayer's Coach
man says that upon their Hearing a noise, William
Body
< no role > went out leaving Dept. in the Pantry, says
he soon referr'd and said the deced had Shot himself
says that Dept. went to the Kitchin, and saw the
deced lying upon the Ground, having a Wound on the
left side, his Waistcoat being only stained with
Blood says he believes that Ann Robinson< no role > went
into the Kitchin before Dept. and that the Housekeeper

Ann Sowder< no role > Follow'd him. says that he has
observed the deced for about six Weeks last past to be
melanchally, which Dept believes to have
been occasioned on Accot. of his going to be
discharged from his Master's Service. and dept
further Saith that he believes the Circumstances
of deced were very bad.

Ann Souden< no role > Housekeeper to Mr. Hayes on her
Oath Saith that this Morning about eight o'Clock
She was in Mrs. Hayes's Bed chamber when
she beard a noise as if some thing was broker
upon which Mr. Hayes said is not it a Gun
says that she was waiting for a hole from her
Mistress which when wrote Deponent carried
down Stairs, and upon the maids Squelling out
she asked what was the Matter, upon who
and she understood that the deced had shot
himself says that on her mistress's Nell
ringing Deponent went up Stairs to her
Mistress's Bed Chamber, and informed them of
what had happened and was ordered to call
Mr. Metcalfe says that the deced was to have
been Shortly discharged from her Mastell Service
