Westminster in the
County of Middlesex . }
to Wit.


To any one of the Constables of the
said City and Liberty in the said County

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Wednesday the Ninth Day
of this Instant by Five of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the Goal or Prison called the Gate house
in the Parish of St. Margaret within the City
and Liberty of Westminster
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Silas Barcotolf< no role > a Prisoner.
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this Eighth Day of February in
the Year of our Lord 17 63.
