said House and buildings are in the Occupation of George
Jackson

being separated by any party Wall and without being
wiched over and under each other with Brick or Stone
or Brick and Stone throughout and it being necessary
to pull down and rebuild the messuage or Tenement so
belonging to me as aforesaid I am desiour and it is my
intention to rebuild the same and they the said Elizabeth

by reason of any legal disability or otherwise) to join and
Concur with me in as certaining the said whereon to
build a party Wall between the said Messuage or Tenemt.
intended to be rebuilt and the House or building so belonging
to them as afsd. (and the Land whereon both the sd. Houses
stand being the property of his present Majesty) I hereby give
you Notice that I will apply to the Justices of the Peace at
the Quarter Sessions of the peace holden on the 18th. day of
October next in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster
at the Guild hall in King Street Westminster being the
Session to be next holden after fourteen days from the
delivery to be Notice( the said house or building so
intended to be rebuilt being situate within the said City &
Liberty and the Jurisdiction of the said Justices) in order to
obtain the Judgment and determination of the said Court of
Quarter Sessions touching the rebuilding the house first
above mentioned and for as certaining the Scite of a party
wall or Party Walls between the said House and Premisses and
the House and Premisses so belonging to the said Elizabeth allen< no role >
Charles Robert Ellis< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife Robert Harcourt
Twycross
< no role > and Harriet< no role > his wife Maria Allen< no role > Ann Allen< no role > John

mentioned to be built according to the directions & restrictions
of a certain Act of Parliament made & passed in the 14th. Year
of the Reign of his present Majesty intitled" An Act for the
"further and better regulation of buildings and party Walls
"and for the more effectually preventing Mischiefs by fire
"within the Cities of London and Westminster and the
"Liberties thereof and other the Purishes Prcincts and places
"withinthe latices of London & Westminster nd the liberties
