Maketh Oath and saith that the said Joseph Wilthaw< no role >
became bound for the appearance of the said Julius
Lyons at January Session last, and that he the said
Joseph Lyons< no role >
has since the said Joseph Wilthaw< no role >
became bound for his appearance as aforesaid
hasquitted his than place of Residence [..] and
removed to some other part of the Town, But
where this Deponent does know, nor is at
present able to discover and this Deponent
further saith that the said Joseph Wilthaw< no role >
is
and for several weeks part has been) out of
Town and is not acquainted and does not
know that it was necassary for him to make
any Application this Court to respite his
Recognizance; and does not as this Deponent
verily believes) know where to find the said [..]
Defendant. But this Deponnant believes to will be
able to find his residence & render the said Julius
Lyons at the next Sessions
