of any Stage Coach Flyer Post Machine Shall demand or.
take from this time to the time above specified any greater
price or Sum for the Carriage of any Goods or Parcels from
London or from any other place within the said Weekly
Bills of Mortality to any Town or place within the said
Wapentakes than the Rates or Prices following (that is to say)

For every Parcel not exceeding light Pounds
in Weight One Shilling

And for every Parcel above light Pounds after
the Rate of One Penny half Penny Per Pound

NB.Any Common Waggoner or Carrier or the Proprietor
or Driver of any Stage Coach Fly or Post Machine, demanding
or taking any greater price than above rated is liable to a
Forfeiture of Five Pounds to the Party grieved
