open; upon which this informant followed his into the Passage & took
the said pocket took & handkerchief again from
her, & endeavored to open the door to go out
but before he could get the door open a person
of the name of Daniel Chatterton< no role > came be
hind him & struck him on the head with
some heaving instrument which knocked him
down & assisted by the saidSarah Mary Gibbon< no role >
andMary Sarah Boone< no role > dragged him along
the passage towards the back of the house
when this Informant endeavored to
escape by the back door of the said house
