General Quarter sessions of the Peace any greater price or
sum for the Carriage of any Goods or Parcels from London
or from any place iwthin the Weekly Bills of Mortality to
any Town or place within the said Parts than the Rates or
prices following (that is to say)
For every parcel not exceeding One Stone in
Weight One Shilling
For every Parcel or quantity of Goods above One stone
and not exceeding One Hundred Weight to be brought
to any Town or Places within the Wapentakes of Noss
Bellisloe
and Winnibriggs
and Threeo
and to Bourn
and places south thereof within the Wapentake of
Aveland
after the Rate of Eight Perice per Stone
And to any other Town or place within the said
Wapentake of Aveland after the Rate of Nine Pence
per stone And to anyotherTown or Place within
the Wapentakes of Aswardhurn
Flaxwell
Levedon
Boothby
Graffoe
and Langoe
after the Rate of
Ten Pence per stone And for every Parcel or
Quarntity of Goods exceeding One Hundred Weight to
be brought to any Town or place within the several
Wapentakes of Ness
Bellisted and Winnibriggs
and
Three and to Bown and Places South thereof within
the said Wapentake of Aveland after the Rate of
Five Shillings per hundred and to any other Town
or place within the sai Wapentake of Aveland after
the rate of Two Shillings and six pence Per Hundred
And it is further Ordered that no Proprieter or Driver
