that he this Deponent previous to last October session
because bail (together until one Mr Cole) for the appearance of
the above Defendant Issace Jones< no role >
for assaulting the alive
prosecutor
at the said sessions at which said sessions the said Isaac Jones< no role >
was
indicted for the said offence [..]

the said Defendant promises this Deponent that he could take
the necessary steps to take his Trial at the said session but
this Deponent upon enquiry found he had usally neglected
so to do and that he [..] is sent to the Condemned
Regiment to be sent to the west Indies
