Assaulting

from the Twenty ninth day of August last and that upon their first Attendance on him they
found a large Wound on the back part of his Shoulder and another Occasioned by a Stabb of a
Sword a little above the Nipple
of his right Breast, which caused a great Effusion of Blood, and
that in a few hours afterwards they found the same Attended with one Dangerous Symptoms, and
Verily belived that the said Wound on his Breast had Penetrated into the Cavity of it, and that
in a few days afterwards the bad Symptoms Increasing, and the said James Carlisle< no role >
growing
delirious and very weak, they thought it Necessary to call into the [..] Assisstance the others Dept

for himself saith that he hath Attended the
