To wit


William Low< no role > of the Parish of Saint James within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Coach Painter
maketh Oath, That he hath not in his own Name and That no Person
in Trust for him hath ten pounds by the Year of Freehold or Copyhold
Lands or Tinements or of Lands or Tenements of antient Demesne, or
in Rents in the said County of Middlesex in Fee Simple. The Tail or for
the Life of him this Deponent or the Life of any other person A [..] is
Deponent further saith on his Oath, That he hath not any [..]
Estate in Land in the said County of Middlesex in his own [..]
absolute Term of Five Hundred Years or for Ninety nine Ye [..]
other Term determinable on one or more Life or Lives of the yearly Value
of twenty Pounds over and above the reserved Rent payable thereout
And this Deponent further saith That he is not possissed of or in any
wise Entitled unto any Leasehold Estate within the said County of Middlesex
the improved Rent whereof amounts to the yearly value of Fifty pounds
over and above the Ground Rent or other Reservations payable by Virtue
of such Lease
