Know all Men by these Presents That I Edward White< no role > a
Hackney Chairman No. 338 In Consideration of the Sum
of Twelve Shillings & Six pence of lawfull money of Great
Britain (being the Sum menconed to be my due far in the
Warrant under the hand of the worshipfull Justice Fraser) to me
in Hand pald at & before the entealing & delivery hereof
have Remised, Released, and for ever quitt claymed, and by these presents
do Remise, Release and for ever quitt clayme unto Anthony Tulon< no role >
of Lewisham in the County of Kent Hatter

hisHeirs Executors and Administrators, all and all
manner of Action and Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Suits, Bills,
Bonds, Writings, Obligatory Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies
Trespasses, Damages and Demands whatsoever both in Law and Equity
