the City Borough & Town of Westmr. in the County of M [..]
St Martin le Grand London That at the General Quarter Session
of the peace of our Lord the King holden at the Town Court [..]
house near Westmr. hall in & for the Liberty aforesaid
on Wednesday the Seventh day of October in the 21st. Year of the
reign of our Sovereign Lord< no role > George the Second King of Great
Britain Etc Henry Trent< no role > Esquire then one of the Justices of
our sd Lord the King Assigned to keep the peace within the
said Liberty And Also to hear & determine divers Felonies
Trespasses & other Misdeeds done & Committed in the sd Libertys
Did Certifye a certain recognizance taken before him By
which William Dunmore< no role > of Bird Street Westmr. Pawn broker
Stood bound for the Psonal appearance of the sd William
Dunmore & Mary wife of John Campbell< no role > at the Sessions
abovementioned then & there to prosecute the Law w [..]
Effect against Margt Perry< no role > for feloniously Stealings [..]
& two Clock & one Shift value Ten pence at which same
Session the sd Wm Dunmore< no role > & Mary Campbell< no role > or either of
them did not appear prosecute & give Evidence Against the
said Margaret Perry< no role > whereby the same became forfeited
And it appearing before us upon the Oath of the sd Wm Dunmore< no role > that Mary Campbell< no role >
was the prosecutrix of the sd Margaret Perry< no role > & that he was only a witness & could
not Get the sd Mary Campbell< no role > to came to the sd Session to prosecute the sd
Perry & Son other reasons as appears by the Affidt of sd Dunmore hereunto
Annexed

These are therefore to require & Authorize you to for bear
the Estreating of the above mentioned recognizance & respite
the same over unto the next General Quarter Session of the [..]
for the said City & Liberty & this shall be your Sufficient Warrant
for so doing Given under our hands & Seals this 29th. day of
October 1748
