soldier abroad) a
Rogue and Vagabond apprehended by Gabriel
Pilkington Constable< no role >
in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westminster and brought before me one
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City
of Westmr. aforesaid. And taken before me
this 16th, Day of July in the Year of our
Lord 17 45.

This Examinant on her Oath says, That her said
Husband was born in the Parish of
Kin Droghad in the Shire of aberdeen
in Scotland and never was an apprentice
a Yearly hired Servant or a House-
keeper sufficient to obtain a Settlemt.
This Deponent further saith That she
was Marryd to her said Husband in
Scotland about 22 Years since by whom
she hath two Children living (to wit)
Isabella< no role > Aged about Ten Years and
Jane< no role > Aged about Eight Years.
