Westmr To wit.

To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman, and other Officer
of the Peace of the Parish of St Margaret in the
Westminster in the County of Middlesex

within the saidto receive and convey.
And to the Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish, Place or Precinct of Byton
in the County of Hants
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS Mary Bennett< no role > Aged upwards of
Eleven Years and Thomas Bennett< no role > Aged upwards
of Seven Years the Lawfull Issue of Edward Bennett< no role >
by Mary< no role > his Wife
were apprehended in the said Parish of St Margaret Westmr.
asa Rogue andVagabonds (videlicet) Wandering and begging

and upon Examination ofthe said John Eastman< no role > (Winchester Carrier)
taken before Me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the last Legall
Settlement of the said Edward Bennett< no role > Deced and his said
Two Children is in the said Parish of Byton in the
County of Hants.
These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to Convey the said Mary< no role > and Thomas Bennett< no role > the Children

to the Town of Egham in of Surry that being the first
Town in the next Precinct thro' which they ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Parish of Byton to which
they are to be sent and to deliver them to the Constable or
other Officer of such Town in such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said John Eastman< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Vagrants
to be thence conveyed on in like Manner to
the said Parish of Byton there to be delivered to some Church-
Warden, Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church-
Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor are hereby required
to receive the said Person s and provide for them as aforesaid. Given un-
der my Hand and Seal this 5th. Day of August
in the Year of our Lord 17 45
