Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the fourth Day of August
last, Catherine Lewis< no role > ats Reuth was brought
before me one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Mary Rogers< no role > a Eliz Moloy< no role > for Profanely Swearing and Cursing
ten times on the first Day of August
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Mary Rogers< no role >
& Eliza Moloy< no role > aforesaid, and for non payment of the
Penalty & default of distress was publickly set
in the Stocks for ye Space of two whole hours

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this 7th Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
