To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr
aforesaid.

Memorandum, That on the twelfth Day of May
last, Mary Smith< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the
Liberty of Westminster aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Susannah Pusie< no role > for profanely Swearing and Cursing
twenty times on the Ninth. Day of May
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Susannah
Dusie
< no role > aforesaid, and Paid fourty Shillings for
ye use of the Poor of the Parish of St Margaret
Westminster where the Sd. Offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 17 19
