To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 12th Day of August
last, Margaret Bavin< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Mary Gillard< no role > for profanely Swearing and Cursing
Eighth times on the 11th Day of August
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Mary
Gillard aforesaid, and for non Payment of the
penalty & default of distress was publickly set in
the Stock by the space of two whole hours

Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this 7th Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
