North side of the New Way in the same Parish late in
Lease to Benjamin North< no role > for a Term of 21 Years from
Lady Day 1798 at a Rent of £24 Per Annum commencing
from Michaelmas 1798 clear of the Land tax and all other
Taxes and Outgoings Mr. Buttinshaw to put the Premises into
Repair within Six Months and prior to the grant of the
Lease to the Satisfaction of the Hospital Surveyor and to
insure at £400 Mr. Buttinshaw to relinquish at any
time upon 3 Months notice such a Portson of the Front
Ground of the two lastmentioned Houses as shall be
required by the Hospital without any Compensation
for the same.

To Mr. Daniel Willis< no role > of the House situate at
the South West Comer of St. Thomas's Street (late
in Lease to Mr. Weston) for a term of 31 Years to
Commences from Lady Day 1798 at a Rent of £55
Per Annum clear of the Land tax and all other
Taxes and outgoings such Rent to commence from
Christmas 1798 Mr. Willis to do the several Repairs
and make the several Alterations enumerated in
the Plan and Particulars thereof prepared by Mr.
Robinson the Hospital Surveyor and to his satisfaction
within the time and in the Manner therein specified
and to insure at not less than £500

To Mr. Greenwood


To Mr. Joshua Greenwood< no role > of the House situate
on the South side of St. Thomas's Street part of the
premises at present in the Possession of Mr. Cracklow
for a Term of 61 Years to commence from the Lady
Day next ensuing the time at which the Hospital
shall be able to give Mr. Greewood Possession at a
Pepper Coin Rent for the first half Year and of £10
Pr. Annum for the Remainder of the Term clear of the
Land Tax and all other Taxes and Outgoings Mr.
Greenwood to rebuild the House agreeably to the Plan
and Particulars thereof Prepared by Mr. Robinson and
to his Satisfaction within the time and in the
manner therein specified and to insure at not less
than £400.
