in Lease to Thomas Lambe< no role > which will expire at Lady Day
1800 and also a Plan of the Ground behind the same which
is said to belong to the Trinity Company and others to
enable us to judge of the expediency and propriety of
making a way through the Hospital promises as aforementioned
leading into Kent Street.

allowance to tenant at
Comberton.


We have ordered that John Looker< no role > the Tenant of the
Hospital Farm at Comberton be allowed one Year's Rent
he Paying the Arrears of the Insurance of the Buildings
on account of the disadvantageous state in which he found
the Farm at the Cormnencement of his Lease.j

We, adverting to the Treasurers liberal Donation of £1000
to the Hospital have declared that we feel that it clamis
our very Particular Acknowlegement as we do not consider
him in the least responsible for the loss incurred by the delinquency
of Anthony Wingfield< no role > the late receiver, we have also embraced
the same opportunity of expressing our grateful Sense of
the many essential Services he has rendered the Hospital
since he accepted the Office of Treasurer .

Green Staves ordered.


We have ordered Green Staves to be sent to the
following Gentlemen as proper persons to be Governors of
this Hospital Vizt.
