management of the Affairs of this Hospital do report our
Proceedings therein since the last Annual General
Court held the 30th: July 1777.

We have Granted Leases to the following

To Mary Smith< no role > Widow a Lease of the Farm
at Hillienden for a Term of 21 Years from Michmas 1777
when her late Lease Expired at the clear Yearly rent of
£00 and repair the Premes being allowed rough Timber
if upon the Premes and £50. towards such expairs
