We have agreed that Mr Yealdham be
desired to form a Plan of a new House to be Built at
at Birdlines in Comberton for Charles Holder< no role > in
the stead of his late House which has lately been
Burnt Down and to give the same to Mr.Jackson
to Execute and that Mr Yealdham be requested as
opportunity sums to see that Mr Jackson proceeds
properly in the Building such Plan

to form a Plan of the Divisions of the Hospital Estates in
Essex in such manner as per thinks would be most
