their Proceedings since the last Annual General Court
was read and is as follows

We the Grand Committee appointed for
management of the Affairs of this Hospital do report our
Proceedings therein since the last Annual General Court
held the 31st. July 1776

We have Granted Leases to the following
Persons Vizt.

Willm. Smallon
an Grant

To William Smallman< no role > a Lease for 31
Years from Chrsmas 1777. when the present Lease
will expire of a House situated in East Cheap at the
clear Yearly rent of £25. the Tenant to expend £200.
