The Minutes of the last General Court held the
25th. July 1770 were read and Confirmed

The report of the Grand Committee of their proceedings
since the last Annual General Court was read and is as follows

We the Grand Committee appointed for the Management
of the Affairs of this Hospital do Report our Proceedings therein
since the last Annual General Court held the 25th: July 1770

We have Granted Leases to the following Persons
Vizt:

Grant


To Edward Cole< no role > a Lease of Pinner Park Farm
Middlesex for a Term of 21 Years from Michaelmas 1770 at the
clear Yearly rent of £150 such Lease to contain all usual Covenants

John Peters
Grant


To John Peters< no role > a Lease of a House adjoining the
Hospital Gate (late in the Possession of George Thowyer< no role > ) fora
Term of 21 Years form Lady day 1771 at the clear Yearly rent
