A motion being made that the Lord Mayor leave
the Chair and that Mr Treasurer be desired to take the same

It was carried in the Affirmitive and Mr Treasurer
took the Chair Accordingly

for President being with drawn

The Question who put and seconded that Mr Alderman
Nash be Elected President and the Question being Determined
in the Affirmative

The Treasurer Reported that Mr Alderman Nash
was duly Elected President
