The Minutes of the last General Court held the 11th. day
of July 1770 were read and Confirmed

The report of the Grand Committee of their proceedings
since the last Annual General Court was read and is as follows

therein since the last Annual General Court held the
26th. July 1769

We have Granted Leases to the following persent Viz.

Grant
Langley Thos.

To Thos. Langley< no role > a Lease of the 13 houses in Castle Court
Bridge Row late on Lease to James Gregory< no role > for a Term of 31 Years
from Lady day 1770 (when the present Lease expired) at a
Clear Yearly Rent of £80. a Fine of £100 and £1800 to
be laid Out on the premises half within the first year
the Remainder within the Years from the Commencement
