To Henry Roberts< no role > a Lease of the Four Houses on the
South side of the New way in St: Thomas's Parish (late on Lease to
Joseph Townsend< no role > .) for 21 Years from Laday 1768. At the clear Yearly
rent: of £3 Tenant to lay out £130. in Repairs and to pay the present
Rent of £4 from Midsumr: 1767 to Laday 1768.

To Thomas Flight< no role > of Monument Yard London a Lease
of Shore House at Hackney with the Gardens Stables and about 3 Rood
of Land on the East side of the Passage leading up to the said House
(now in the Occupation of Nehemiah Ring< no role > by Lease which will expire
at Chrismas 1769) And also a small Tenement and Five fields near
Shore House now let to John Dunk< no role > as Tenant at Will) containing 31
Acres and 27 Perch or thereabouts. And also a little House near Shore
house and 11 Perches of Land thereto belonging and contiguous (now in the
Occupation of William Gale< no role > by Lease which will expire at Michmas 1781)
For a term of 51 Years from Michmas 1768. At the clear Yearly Rent of
£110. renewable at the end of the first 21 Years at the Option of Mr: Flight
for a further term of 21 Years. Mr: Flight to build Six New houses on some
part of the Premisses under the Direction and Inspection of Mr: Jupp
the Hospital Surveyor and to lay out therein the Sum of £6000 at least
and to pay a Fine of £200 Mr: Flight to receive the Rents of the Premisses
from the present Tenants from Michmas 1768 for his own use and Lease
to contain usual Covenants.

A Memorial having been Presented to us Mr: John
Turpin
< no role > setting forth that in the Lease of his House Granted to him on
the 7th: May 1763 for 31 Years the said Term is made to Commence upon
the Surrendering up a former Lease but ought to have Commenced only
from the Expiration thereof it having then 4 Years to run And that the
subsequent Leases granted him having Reference to the said Lease granted
the 7th: May 1763 had adopted the same Mistake And He requesting that
such several mistakes should be rectifyed and an Additional term of Four
Years should be added in all the Premisses in the said Leases Granted him.

desiring that the Lease lately granted him of the said Manor might be
