Tenants to Insure
in the Name of the
Hospital


We have Ordered that for the future all
Insurance upon Houses Granted by Leases from this [mark]
Hospital be made in the Name of the Hospital. and
at the Expence of the Tenant And that the Policys be
kept at the Counting, House.

Burial Fees
raised


We have raised Fees for Burying in
the Vault of St. Thomas's Church for every Grown Prison
a Parishioner from £1..5 to £2..10 and a Non Parishioner
to £4 And for Children Parishioners from 12s/6d to £1..10
And Non. Parishioners to £2..10

Richard Leeson


We have Ordered that such of the Leases
Agreed to be Granted by this Hospital to James Street< no role > late
Surveyor to this Hospital the Counterparts whereof have
not been Executed by him be made in the Names of Thos.

Tibshelf Tenants
Allowance


We have Ordered. that an Allowance
be made to Six Tenants at Tibshelf in Derbyshire of
one third of the Damages they have Sustained by the late Stome.

We have Allowed Mr:George Whitfield< no role >
the Apothecary a Gratuity of £40. for his Extraordinary
Services to the Hospital for the Year Past.
