The Report of the Grand Committee of their Pro-
ceedings since the last Annual General Court held the 30th. July 1755
was Read and is as follows

Court of the Governors of St. Thomas's Hospital

We the Grand Committee appointed for the Manage-
ment of the Affairs of this Hospital do report our Proceedings
therein since the last Annual General Court held the 30th of July
1755. Vizt.

To Samuel Watson< no role > Junr . of Hull in the County of
York Esqr . a Lease of the Farm and Lands at Holderness in the said
County for 31 Years from Midsummer 1757 at a clear Rent of £100
and a Fine of £2750.

John Abbis


To John Abbis< no role > of a House in the high Street of the
Borough of Southwark for 21 Years from Michaelmas 1756 at
£50 a Year

George Fearne


To George Fearne< no role > of a House in Harp Row with
out Newgate for 21 Years from Michaelmas 1756 at a Clear Rent of
