Twenty years from Michas 1723. At the yearly Rent of Eighteen pounds Tax Free
payable Quarterly She is to put the said House into good Repair and so keep
the same at her own Charge during the said Terme.

We have likewise Agreed with Thomas Newby< no role > to Grant him a Lease of
another of the said Houses in Wapping now or late in the Possession of
the Widdow Jeffs and lately Held by Mr. Hardwick for One and
Twenty years from Michas 1723. At the yearly Rent of Twenty pounds Tax
Free payable Quarterly He is to put the said House into Good Repaire at
his own Charge and so keep the same during the said Terme.

We have likewise Agreed with Major Charles Kipling< no role > to Grant him
a Lease of another of the said Houses in Wapping now in his Possession (and
lately Held by Mr Swan) For One and Twenty Years from Michas 1723. At the
yearly Rent of Eighteen pounds Tax Free payable Quarterly He is to put the
said House into good Repaire at his own Charge and so keep the same
during the said Terme.

We have likewise Agreed with Mr. Thomas Davies< no role > to Grant him a Lease
of Three Old Houses in Wapping (other part of the said Eight Houses lately Held by
Susan Glover< no role > 's Executors for One and Fifty years from Lady Day 1724. At the yearly
Rent of Sixteen pounds Tax Free and a Fine of Ten Pounds Ten shillings paid
down He is to Layout at least Five hundred Pounds in New Building of good and
substantial Houses or Warehouses of Brick within Three years and not to make
use of the Walls of any of the adjoyning Houses belonging to this Hospital as
party Walls without the Free Consent of the Tennants thereof.

We have Agreed with Mr. Edward Stone< no role > to Grant him a Lease or Leases for
One and fifty Years from Michas 1723. of the Houses and Ground in Kent Street
(late Held by Mr. William Mason< no role > ) At the yearly Rent of Forty Pounds Tax Free
for a Fine of Two hundred and fifty pounds which is paid down And he is to
Lay out Two thousand Pounds within the first five years of the said Terme
in New Building of Fifteen Houses in the Front next Kent Street and of Eight
Houses in White Bear Alley and in Substantiall Repaires of the Houses and
Buildings upon this Estate.

We have Agreed with Mr Richard Smart< no role > to Grant him a Lease of Four
Litle Houses in Chequer Alley Southwark late Russell's for One and Twenty
years from Michas 1723. At the yearly Rent of Eight Pounds Payable Tax
free for a Fine of Eight and Twenty Pounds Seven Shillings which he has paid
down He is to put the Houses into good and Substantiall Repair And so keep
them at his own Charge.

We have Agreed to Grant a New Lease to Mr. William Fowler< no role > of Eight
Small Old Houses in the New Way in St. Thomas's Parish Leading into the
Maze Street for One and Twenty Years from Lady Day 1724. At Ten Pounds
P Ann Tax Free In Consideration of a Fine of Fifty Pounds paid down and
of the Charge which he is to be at in putting and keeping the premisses
in Good Repaire.

We have Agreed to Grant a Lease to Edward Fernley< no role > Senr . of an Old House in
St. Thomas's Parish called the Two Pump Alehouse lately Held by Crowder
and Horton as Executors of George Leake< no role > Deceased For one and Twenty Years
from Christmas 1723. At Eight Pounds P Ann Tax free In Consideration of
the Charge he is to be at in putting and keeping the premisses in good Repair

We have Directed Mr. Treasurer to pay what was due to John Lade< no role > Esqr . for
Principal and Interest upon a Mortgage made to him by William Norgate< no role >
of several Houses in Three Herring Court in St. Thomas's The Equity of
Redemption
