Mr. The place of
Hospitler to be
void at Midsomer

Then this Court took into their Consideracon the Matter
relateing to Mr. Turton the Hospitler of this Hospll. who hath been
lately prferred to be Rector of St: Olave Hart Street London, A
Living of a very considerable yearely Value And this Court being
of Opinion That by reason thereof the sd. Mr: Turton cannot so well
attend his duty in this Hospll. as he hath heretofore done. It is Ordered
that the sd. Mr. Turton shall not continue to be the Hospitler of this
Hospll: longer then till Midsomer next. And that the place or Office of Hospitall
shall then be void. But it being moved on behalf of the sd. Mr. Turton
That a new House is Building for him in his sd. Parish, and that the
same cannot be Dry & Fit for his Family to goe into till July or
August, and therefore it would be reasonable to permitt him for that
time to remaine in his House in this Hospll. This Court declared they
would consider thereof when they should think fitt to proceed to the
Eleccon of another Hospitler in his place.

Trear for his great paines & service in the Assaires of this Hospll.
And the Rt. Woppfull the president Gave Mr. Trear the Thanks
of this Court Accordingly.
