Ordered that Mr. Beyer One of the Standing Auditors
who by reason of his Age hath not for some yeares past attended the
Service, be Excused from the same for the time to come And thereupon
John Scott< no role > Esqr . was chosen. & appointed to be one of the standing
Auditors in his Roome.

And it is Ordered That the Gentleman now Chosen together
with the Rt: Woppfull the Prsident and Mr. Trear for the time being
and the Rest of the Gentl. of the Former Comittee or any seaven or more
of them be a Comittee for Manageing the Affaires of this Hospll. in the
Internall of Generall Courts For one yeare from this Day and untill the
next Genll. Court after that time. And that they have the same Powers
which were Granted to the Former Comittee, And all Matters Referred
to the former Comittee and not yet perfected or Finished are to stand referred
to this Comittee.

The Peticon of Mr: Peter Gray< no role > Steward of this Hospll. praying the
Consideracon of this Court for the Charge he was at in providing Lodging
for himselfe & Family out of Hospll. from the time he was
Chosen Steward, till the House appointed for him was Fitted up being
about Six Months, was Read And this Court thereupon Declared
That they were not willing to make any allowance on that Account
least the same be drawne into Prsident But in regard the sd. Peter Gray< no role >
in his prosperous Estate had Given Twenty pounds to the use of this Hospll: This
Court thought it reasonable in Comm: of his great Losses & we is fortunes to
returne him the sd. £20. and Ordered the same to be paid to him accordingly
