This Comittee taking into their Comn. the constant Expence & Charge
which Mr. Trear hath been at in his Continuall attendances on the Service
of this Hospll. and beingsensible that very little of that Charge hath
been brought by him to accompt, there being no Head or Article in the Account
of this Hospll. under which the same may property be placed Wee
thereupon thought it reasonable to resolve that a yearely allowance of Twenty
pounds be made to him from Michas 1705. during the time he shall continue
in that Office, for & in lieu of all his Petty Expences & Charges in & about the
Businesse of this Hospll. not including such Charges as may be occasioned by
keeping or Holding of Courts of Comittees or making Views It being our
Opinion upon the Observacons we have made That such Expences & Charge
doe amount yearely to that sume at the least. And the are of Opinion
that it will be much for the service & Interest of this Hospll. to have an
accompt kept by way of Dr: & Dr: of all Workmen Bills & Tradesmen
Bills, and also of all Contracts for Fines and other Agreemts. relateing to
this Hospll: And of the Money paid or received on such Accompts
and that a book be kept for that purpose by the Receiver, And that for
the Trouble thereof Ten Pounds P Ann be added to his present Sallary
And that the aforesd Allowance of Twenty pounds P Ann for We
Trears Petty Expences be also brought into the Accompts by way of aedicon
to the Receivers Sallary.
