Which said Report was approved by this Court and ordered to be
entered amongst the Acts of this Court and to be observed in all matters
and things as therein is menconed And it is hereby declared and
ordered pursuant to the said Report that all orders heretofore made for
Prohibiting the recepcon of Person with the foule disease be and are
hereby repealed and made Void to all intents and Purposes And it is
also ordered that the rents and arreares of rents charaged in the
Rentall for the said Severall tofts of ground late Bates and Swannell
now intended for a burying place as aforesaid And also for the toft
of the house wherein the said Dever late dwelt be discharged and
left out of the Rentall for time to come.

Resolved that the sum of Fifteene hundred pounds be futures
upon the new buildings of this Hospitall and the management of
the same is referred to the Sub Comittee of this house.

chose Auditor


Major Joseph Bowles< no role > one of the Standing Auditors for the Accompts
of this Hospitall is from henceforth excused from being any more a
Standing Auditor And this Court chose Mr. Benjamin Brownsmith< no role >
an Auditor in the roome of the said Major Bowles.

Comittee are hereby directed and ordered to inspect the orders relating
to the officers and Government of this house and to make such
alteracons and addicons in and to them as they shall think fitt
and report the same to this Court.

Ordered tha the two Doctors and three Surgeons of this house have
a gratuity of Fifteene Pounds a Peice in consideracon of the capitacon
tax assessed on them Pursuant to a late Act of Parliament in respect
of their Salaries from this Hospitall and for other extraordinary Service
And also that the Apothecary have a like Gratuity of Fifteene Pounds
upon Account of his capitacon tax and is regard of the extraordinary
number of Out patient [..] he of late had bin directed [..] Physick to
beyond what used to be.
