The Minutes of the last Grand Committee held the 14th day of
March last were read and confirmed

The Treasurer laid before the Committee a litter from Mr Wedow
the late Tenant of the house the South West [..] of St Thomas's Hurt
requesting an allowance of £25 which he alledges the hath [..] his
Surveyor for plans of the alteration propose to be made in expectation
of his having a Lease

Resolved

Settlemt with Mr.
Weston the last [..]
of the Hhouse the [..]
of St. Thomas's Tho.


That no allowance be made to Mr Weston upon the [..]
but Mr Weston having a claim for a copper and Kitchen Range and
having improperly removed two Marble Chimney Peice> and one Slub the
Committee determined to Relinquish the Hospital's Claim to the Chimney
pieces and Slab in consideration of all Weston allowing the Copper and
Kitchen Range.

Mr Robinson the Hospital Surveyor pursuant to the directions
of the last Committee laid before this Committee a plan for witening the
entrance of Saint Thomas's Street.

To grant a Lease to Mr. Danl Willis< no role > of the before mentioned House
the South West corner of St. Thomas's Street for a term of 31 Years to
commence from Lady day last at a rent of £55 P Annum clear of the
Land tax and all other taxes and out goings such rent to commence from
Christmas next Mr Willis to do the covered repairs and make the since
alterations [..] rated in the places and particular thereof proposed by
Mr Robinson and to his satisfaction within the time & in the
manner therein specified and to in [..] at not less than £500.
